Chalkola Pens Review & Mirror Work Exercise.

Hey Loves,

Today I’m reviewing a fabulous set of chalk markers. Sent to me by Anuj over at Chalkola.

These pens come in 10 vibrant colours and can be used on glass, chalkboards, whiteboards and any other non porus surfaces.

I decided to mix my crafty ideas with some good ole self development. I went with a mirror work. The idea being that you recite strong affirmations to yourself using a mirror.

By looking at and into yourself in this way. It allows you to deepen  the bond between outer and inner self.

Affirmations are a great way of confirming your truths. Speaking things into existence is powerful. If you feel that something doesn’t apply, or doesn’t sit right. Keep telling yourself until it does!

“You’re powerful, You’re worthy, You’re manifesting the life you want”

I found the markers extremely easy to use. They write really well on the surface and are bold enough  to be seen clearly. There’s no strong smell. They clean off nicely and they don’t leave behind any residue or marks.

Despite breaking two mirrors, in the process of this project. I’m really happy with how it turned out, along with the ease of using the pens.

I’m spending around 10 minutes a day reciting my affirmations and doing EFT practices.

I’m really looking forward to using these pens in future to decorate window spaces and future mirror work.

The Chakola pens are available  from Amazon and are priced at £12.90. You can also find more uses and projects on their Instagram.

Affirmations used for this project are as follows;

  • I wake up today with strength in my heart.
  • I am at peace with my past.
  • I am whole, healed and radiating light.
  • My nature is divine.
  • I am a spiritual being.
  • I radiate beauty, charm and confidence.
  • I am a powerhouse.
  • I am indestructible.
  • I acknowledge my self worth.
  • I am blessed.
  • I am right where I am meant to be.
  • I vibrate a higher energy.
  • I am imperfectly perfect.
  • I follow what lights me up.
  • I am whole and healed.
  • I let go of all that does not serve me.
  • I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.
  • I am Jada Quotes.

Obviously these affirmations might not fit well for you. But definitely look at areas that you can focus on. Figure out what serves you best.
